Defensive End
Cameron Jordan

Cameron Jordan is coming home — again
At some point, a player and a city stop being two separate things.
Cameron Jordan has been the heartbeat of the New Orleans Saints' defense for over a decade. He is the player who kept showing up, kept making plays, kept being the name fans pointed to when they needed to explain what the team was about. When he hit free agency, there was a real question hanging in the air: would this finally be the end of that chapter?
It is not. Jordan has re-signed with the Saints, bringing him back to the only NFL home he has ever known.
For a franchise that has been rebuilding and searching for its identity, having Jordan back is not nothing. He is continuity. He is someone the younger players can look at and understand what it means to be a Saint. The number of times he has done this — geared up for another year in that black and gold — starts to say something on its own.
The question now is what he has left, and whether this reunion gets to end the way both sides would want it to.
