Walking into a new city, you can say the right things at a podium or you can just do something. DJ Moore did something.

Moore came to the Buffalo Bills as a wide receiver with a reputation built on getting open and making catches look routine. But the move that got people talking had nothing to do with a football field. He found a store carrying his new Bills jersey, bought every single one they had, and gave them away to fans — no charge, no ceremony, just gone.

There is a version of this that is a publicity move. There is also a version where a grown man just wanted to meet the people in his new city and decided the jerseys were a good excuse. Either way, the fans went home wearing his number.
