First-round picks come with a clock. Every team is quietly deciding whether the player they drafted is the player they thought they were getting — and Devonte Wyatt just got his answer.

Wyatt came to the Green Bay Packers as a first-round selection in 2022. That carries weight. High picks are bets, and the people who made the bet spend years watching to see if they were right.
